Mexican Beef (One-Pot) recipe



  1. Spread meat with mixture of garlic, pepper, salt, chilli powder and mustard.
  2. Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips.
  3. Place in slow cooker.
  4. Cover with onion, stock cube and tomatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Turn control to High.
  7. Add beans and cook, covered for 30 minutes.

Serves 4
