Steak With Thai Peanut Sauce recipe



  1. Mix the peanut butter, garlic, water, soy sauce, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, ginger, sugar and cayenne pepper until smooth in a blender; then stir in the yogurt.
  2. Cook the sirloin in a frying pan or griddle over a high heat until cooked to your preference.  Remove the steaks, slice and set aside to rest.
  3. Then, heat the sauce in the frying pan over low heat, once it is simmering add the sliced pepper steak back into the pan until heated through
  4. In the meantime, cook the jasmine rice as per the packet instructions
  5. Sprinkle with the diced spring onion a few minutes before serving.
  6. Serve the steal on top of the rice.

Serves 4.
