  1. Combine sherry, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, oil and red pepper, coat the steaks and marrinade for 1 hour.
  2. Heat nonstick frying pan over medium heat 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the steaks from the marinade (reserve marrinade for later) and cook for 5-6 minutes each side, or until cooked to your desired level. Remove steak to cutting board and allow to rest.
  4. In the meantime, cook the noodles as per the packet instructions and then set aside.
  5. Then, dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornflour in the marinade and add, along with the 100ml water, into the frying pan. Bring to the boil whilst stirring constantly. Stir in the noodles.
  6. Carve steak into thin slicesand serve over noodles, sprinkled with diced spring onion.
