Kung Pao Chicken recipe



  1. Combine chicken, salt, egg white and cornflour.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
  3. Heat oil and fry chicken till golden brown.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. Re-heat oil and deep fry peanuts.
  6. Drain and set aside.
  7. Heat 2 tablespoons oil to very hot and cook chilli peppers till dark.
  8. Turn down heat and add spring onions and garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
  9. Add chicken and stir fry for 1 minute.
  10. Add sauce and cook until thickened.
  11. Add peanuts.

Serve hot over rice.
