Spicy Fish Curry

Spicy Fish Curry recipe
Makes a delicious meal...



  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a saute pan and lightly brown the cubed fish over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining oil to the pan and fry the onion and garlic until tender and the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in the chilli, ginger, turmeric, coriander, lemon juice, bay leaf, salt, water and finally the coconut milk into the pan.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add the fish back into the pan.
  5. Cover, and simmer for another 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the sauce has reduced.
  6. Serve with cooked rice or Indian breads.
