Salmon Tagliatelle recipe
A lovely dish... very tasty yet so simple!



  1. Flake the tinned salmon into a pan and add the tomatoes, chillies, pepper, paprika, onion, courgette, water, lemon juice and coriander.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta as per the packet instructions.
  4. Mix the salmon mixture and the pasta together and heat gently, for 2-3 minutes, whilst stirring gently.
  5. Serve hot.
