Lemon Chicken Casserole recipe



  1. Sprinkle the chicken over the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine soup, sour cream and lemon juice in a bowl; mix well.
  3. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the cracker crumbs over the layers.
  5. Drizzle butter over the cracker crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the poppy seeds over the top.
  7. Bake at 190 degrees C (Gas Mark 5) for 30 to 45 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
