Bacon And Egg Bake recipe

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees C (Gas Mark 4).
  2. Fry bacon until crisp.
  3. Remove from frying pan.
  4. Drain fat, reserving 2 tablespoons.
  5. Sauté onion in bacon fat.
  6. Stir in soup, milk, eggs, cheese and seasonings.
  7. Pour into 10 x 5-inch baking dish.
  8. Top with crumbled bacon.
  9. Bake 20 minutes.
  10. Serves 6.
