Italian Casserole recipe



  1. Cook noodles in salted boiling water; drain.
  2. In a large frying pan brown meat and onions; drain.
  3. Add cream cheese; stir until melted.
  4. Remove frying pan from heat and add sour cream and tomatos.
  5. Combine sauce mixture and noodles.
  6. Pour into medium sized greased casserole dish and cover with Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 200 degrees C (Gas Mark 6) until bubbly.
