Mexican Casserole recipe



  1. Brown the meat in a deep frying pan; drain well.
  2. Add enchilada sauce, milk, cream, soups and chiles.
  3. Bring to boil. Using a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer tortilla chips, meat mixture, more tortilla chips and cheese.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees C (Gas Mark 6) until cheese is melted.
