  1. First, put all your ingredients except your evaporated milk and chives into a casserole dish.
  2. Now cook this at 160 degrees Celsius or Gas Mark 3 for about 1.5 hours
  3. Next stir in your evaporated milk for the last hour of cooking time
  4. Finally, top the casserole dish with your chopped chives
