  1. Boil potatoes whole for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch chunks.
  3. Heat butter and soup together.
  4. Blend in other ingredients.
  5. Add to potatoes in large casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees C (Gas Mark 4) for 45 to 60 minutes.

This can be made ahead, and it also freezes well.
