Method

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, half the cheese, 20g butter and spring onions.
  3. Mix in hash browns.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Mix corn flake crumbs with the remaining melted butter.
  6. Bake at 170 degrees C (Gas Mark 4) for 50 minutes.
