Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Loaded Mashed Potatoes recipe



  1. Peel potatoes and cut into eighths.
  2. Place in large saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain; return to saucepan.
  5. Using potato masher, mash potatoes with milk.
  6. Mix onion, mayonnaise and garlic together along with salt and pepper and add into potatoes.
  7. Place potato mixture in shallow baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
  9. Heat in 180 degree C oven for 20 minutes or until hot.
