Breakfast In A Muffin recipe



  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees C (Gas Mark 8).
  2. In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients.
  3. Combine milk, oil and 1 egg; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups half full.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and second egg.
  6. Add Cheddar cheese and seasoned salt; mix well.
  7. Stir in bacon. Spoon 2 tablespoons in the center of each muffin.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until muffins test done.

Serves 4.

Serve warm.
