Oriental Chicken Salad

Oriental Chicken Salad recipe



  1. In medium frying pan, arrange chicken breasts, ginger, five spice powder, wine and water to cover.
  2. Bring to a boil, covered; reduce heat.
  3. Simmer until juices run clear (10 -12 minutes); sesame oil; divide in half.
  4. Cut chicken into strips.
  5. Toss with half of dressing; refrigerate chicken and remaining dressing.
  6. To serve: In large bowl toss chicken, cabbage, carrot and almonds; toss with reserved dressing and 1/3rd potatoes.
  7. Spoon into serving bowl, garnish with remaining potatoes.
