Thai Broccoli Salad recipe

Method

  1. Combine peanut butter, hot water, lime juice, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and red pepper flakes until well blended; set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, green onions and garlic.
  4. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter mixture.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
