Seafood Mousse recipe



  1. Cook first 6 ingredients in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add prawn and crabmeat.
  4. Dissolve gelatine in cold water; blend into mixture.
  5. Add 2 to 3 drops red food coloring.
  6. Pour into 6-cup mold and chill until firm.

NOTE: For a zippier taste, add several drops Tabasco® sauce and increase seasoned salt.

Serves 4.
