Creamy Creole Turkey Bake recipe



  1. Cook fettuccini pasta as per instructions on packet.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In medium nonstick frying pan, over medium-high heat, sauté onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in margarine 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Add mushrooms and sauté 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. In medium bowl blend cream cheese, tomatoes along with the cayenne and paprika seasoning.
  7. Fold in vegetable mixture, fettuccini and turkey.
  8. Pour mixture into 9-inch square dish, sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
  9. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 160 degrees C (Gas Mark 3) for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Serves 4
