Traditional Turkey And Stuffing Pie recipe



  1. In large bowl, combine egg, stock and butter.
  2. Add stuffing and mix well.
  3. Pat onto bottom and up sides of greased 9-inch oven dish; set aside.
  4. In frying pan, sauté mushroom and onion in butter until tender.
  5. Sprinkle with flour and mix well.
  6. Add the turkey, peas, parsley, Worcestershire and thyme; mix well.
  7. Stir in gravy.
  8. Bring to a boil, then boil and stir for 2 minutes.
  9. Spoon into the stuffing crust, top with roll out pastry and bake at 170 degrees C (Gas Mark 3) for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is brown. 

Serve with freshly cooked or reheated vegetables.
