  1. Start by boiling your pasta until it’s al dente (cooked but still firm)
  2. While the pasta boils, place your tomatoes, mozzarella, onions, olives, capers, anchovies, parsley, oregano and garlic into a large serving bowl (you may also add salt and pepper if you wish)
  3. Now pour the virgin olive oil over and toss the serving bowl gently
  4. When the pasta is ready, pour it into a colander and quickly rinse it under cold water; drain well and add the now warm spaghetti to the serving bowl
  5. Toss the serving bowl again with the spaghetti, you may choose to remove the garlic here as well
