Texas Goulash recipe



  1. Brown minced beef and onion.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, and mix well.
  3. Place in slow cooker, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours.
  4. Alternatively, can be cooked in a regular oven at 160 degrees C (Gas Mark 3) for 1.5 hours.
  5. If desired, add cut-up hunks of cheese when the goulash is done, and steam until the cheese is melted.
