- Heat grill.
- Make Cucumber Raita: Combine yoghurt, cucumber, mint, mayo, lime and 1 teaspoon of salt in medium bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Make Curry: Rub by combining all garlic, curry powder, sugar, cumin, pepper, nutmeg and remaining salt in small bowl.
- Generously press the rub over both sides of steaks.
- Grill steaks under a medium-hot heat 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare
- In meantime, cook the brown rice
Serve over the rice with cucumber raita.
