  1. Start by putting your ginger and garlic into the container of an electric blender with about 2-3 tablespoons of water and blend it to a paste
  2. Now put the chops, tomatoes, onions, cayenne, pepper and yoghurt with your salt and ginger garlic paste into a large wok or a heavy bottomed saucepan
  3. Stir this mixture together and bring it to boil
  4. Once it has boiled, turn the heat to low, cover it and simmer for 50 minutes or until the lamb chops are almost cooked
  5. Afterwards, add your cumin seeds and simmer this for about 10 - 15 minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce has become thick

We recommend sprinkling fresh coriander over the top before serving.
