Italian Balsamic Chicken recipe



  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
  2. Add chicken to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for 6 minutes on each side or until done.  Cool.
  5. Cut into 1/4-inch strips.

Serving Ideas : Serve in flour tortillas with grilled vegetables, Tuscan White Beans, Antipasto Salsa, Fresh Mango Salsa, or Cucumber Raita Sauce.

Great on salads too.

Serves 4.
