Navarattan Curry



  1. Boil potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli vegetables for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter and saute onions and garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes, yogurt, and the garam masala, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes, then add water.
  5. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add cream and peas, stirring gently.

Before serving, top with raisins.

Serves 4
