Barbecued Beef (Korean Bul Kogi) recipe



  1. Slice the steak very thin on the bias.
  2. Score each piece with an X.
  3. Chop the spring onions and crush the garlic.
  4. Combine these ingredients with the remaining seasonings in a bowl.
  5. Add the meat to the marinade and mix well until all sides of the steak are coated.
  6. The meat may be grilled immediately.
  7. Cook rice as per packet instructions

Serve beef on top of rice
