Method

  1. Spray 12-inch frying pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Trim fat from beef.
  3. Cut beef into 10cm strips.  Cut strips crosswise into small pieces.
  4. Heat frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  5. Cook asparagus, onions and half fo the soup 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated; remove from frying pan.
  6. Add beef to frying pan.
  7. Cook, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
  8. Return vegetables to frying pan.
  9. Add remaining soup and ingredients except cheese; cook, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes or until mixture is hot.

Sprinkle with cheese.
