Baked Cod Provencal recipe
Follow this easy recipe and you can enjoy some great tasting seafood



  1. Start by preheating your oven to 190 degrees Celsius (Gas mark 5)
  2. Then arrange your fillets in a medium sized, square baking dish
  3. Next, saute your onions and garlic in oil in a medium sized frying pan over medium heat for around 3- 5 minutes, or until both are slightly softened
  4. Now add tomatoes, capers, basil, olives, lemon juice, oregano (salt and pepper are optional here)
  5. Simmer them for 8 minutes
  6. Using a spoon, pour the sauce you’ve just made over your fillets
  7. Return your dish to the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
  8. While the fish is cooking in the oven, boil your potatoes for 10 minutes, or until soft when poked with a fork
  9. Finally, remove the fish from oven and serve with your potatoes
